FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Once you book you will be sent our registration form to fill out. You can find that on our website or use the link you get in your email. We require ID for all adults in the party.
We require a deposit if you book on our website or booking.com and some others. If you book on Airbnb we don’t require a deposit. We place a hold on your card for the duration of your stay, and this is released within a few days after your stay.
We love pets, but unfortunately they are not allowed in our rental cabins. We have guests with allergies and due to the dander and hair of pets we do not allow them. If you have a service animal they must be trained to perform specific aid to the owner. We do not allow emotional support animals. If found, a fee of $500-$1000 may be charged to you.
After you have registered with us and your stay is approved we will send you the key-code for the property. Most, if not all, of our properties have electronic locks. Once the code is set for your stay you will be sent the directions.
All of our cabins have wifi of a good speed.
What is your checkin and Checkout Time?
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am for all our locations. We allow up to a 30 min grace period with no charge. After that we charge $35/hour.
Do you allow early or late checkouts?
We can only offer early check-in or late check-out if there is no one booked before or after your stay. This is because we need time to prepare the property for guests. If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.
All our properties are equipped with smart locks. A code will be given to you prior to your arrival. To check-in, enter it using the digital keypad. There is no need to meet anyone or pick up a physical key.
What if I want to stay longer?
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to extend your stay. If this is the case, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance via email so we can check availability and make the necessary arrangements. Please note that additional fees may apply for extended stays.
What if I need something during my stay?
We go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience, from the moment you make the first inquiry all the way through to check-out.
We offer clear and effective communication, customized guest guidebooks, streamlined check-in procedures, and assistance during your stay.
No, smoking is not allowed inside the property. If you smoke outdoors, please clean up all the remnants. If smoking is detected by our cleaners, you will be liable to pay a $250 smoke ozone treatment. Thanks for helping us keep the property safe and clean!

Do I have to pay a security deposit?
All guests are required to pay a security deposit prior to checkin. We may have the option to pay a small insurance fee instead, in the near future.
We collect the IDS of all adults in the reservation to help fight fraud and to have knowledge of who is in the home in case of emergencies. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard and guarantee your information will be kept safe and only for our internal use.
I can’t upload my ID to the registration form, what should I do?
The registration form does not work unless an ID is uploaded. If you don’t have it available you can choose another option on our website, which is to fill out the form without an ID. You can then email us a copy of your ID or use a different form on our portal to upload only an ID later.
